Very flimsy. I thought this was going to be a very sturdy hard hamper but instead it’s very thin and can fold up and collapse very easily. It came in a very small flat box. Not what I was looking for. Not worth the price.

Nice to look at. Not practical for laundry.
When I received it, I was quite surprised how it arrived, in a small flat box. Once I took it out, it felt like thin cardboard. I went to remind myself the material it’s made of & it’s not all real bamboo which is normally very durable. It doesn’t look sturdy at all. Very thin & far smaller than what I expected. Then…I started thinking, If I were to load it with jeans & sweaters would it hold? Bedding, would it fit?Anyway, how would i carry it to the lower floor, bag has no handles? What happens when I need a replacement bag, where do I find one with appropriate measurements? Although the lid is nice looking, it’s very thin & annoying since not attached. Overall just not for laundry. I tried to convince myself into keeping it since it looked nice but for what? I found a bigger one that solved all issues I have with the current one & hopefully works out. Returning.

it's more flimsy than I expected it to be, the laundry bag inset is also small and pops out a lot. the basket was super easy to install and looks really great, I just wish it was a little more sturdy

Feels cheap
This is very cheap. You can see the white backing between the dark wood slates. Some of the slates are rough and have splinters. The lid just rests on top so it falls off easily. It only has a metal frame at the bottom and top, no support bars in the corners or a long the sides.
