It has 2.25 horsepower motor, Variable speeds .06-6.2mph, 12 levels of auto inclines,12 preset workout programs, built in speakers to pair with Bluetooth So, you can enjoy music while you run or walk. This a very durable, quiet, compact and perfect for me. Plus It came with a bonus safety key for a quick stopping the machine, 2 dumbbells And an Ab mat.

I was a bit skeptical about this treadmill, took it out of the box and thought Uggg I have to put it together, well what a nice surprise for me, it was super easy to assemble and it works well in my space, this is a fun little treadmill that is easy to store when necessary, it has some really fun functions, bluetooth and a great tracking App. I am not a skeptic any more, this 16 inch folding treadmill by Ksports is a great product!

It also is super light weight and easy to move. I was surprised how easy it was to put together it took less than an hour. It is pretty study as well and doesn’t squeak or shake. The treadmill is quite lightweight and easy to move as well. It took us approximately 30 minutes to unpack it and set it up. The process was easy and quick. The manual had easy-to-understand steps to follow and the setup process was minimal. It is very compact and doesn’t take up a lot of space and it features 0.6 to 6.2 Mph speed as well as 3 levels of manual inclines (although the difference between the 3 levels isn’t significantly higher) and 12 preset workout programs. It also came with 2 small dumbbells and an ab mat. It makes very little noise and it’s a perfect addition to our home gym. Also, the quality of the material is amazing.

You do need a 2nd person for some of the steps. But the instructions were great. All the pieces fit together easily. No additional tools needed. Love the fact you can also use the sit up bars and weights. The mat it comes with is a bit small but that is fine. We have yoga mats if we really need them. Could not be happier.

It came put together which was amazing because I’m not sure if I would have been able to handle it alone. I really love the app feature that allows me to track my progress and shows me what I’ve done. I also love the Bluetooth speaker so I can listen to music or a podcast while I workout without having to worry about my iPods falling out. It has preset workouts that use the inclines to make it feel like I’m walking outside! Most of all I love that I can workout in my home without feeling embarrassed for looking weird or anxious about people watching me workout. I definitely am enjoying this so far!!
