According to your clinical study,there were statistically significant improvements in every measure of iron status: Serum Ferritin, Hemoglobin and Total Body Iron Stores all increased.There were also statistically significant decreases in the severity and frequency of fatigue. Additionally, there were no reports of negative GI side effects typically associated with iron supplementation (e.g. nausea, vomiting, diarrhea or constipation).     I've been on these for

    I've been on these for going on 3 weeks. I do feel a difference in my energy levels being increased. I don't notice any constipation. I plan on completing my 90 day supply and getting my iron retested. If my levels are good, l will definitely purchase again. My favorite is that they're sold in a glass bottle!!! Please don't change to plastic and you got a repeat customer.

    Back on the Blood Builder

    Two out of my three children and myself struggle with low iron. We took these for a long time but switched to a prenatal vitamin at our doctor’s suggestion. 6 months later we’ve had bloodwork again and their iron is back to being super low while on the prenatal. We now know better, never should’ve switched. We’re back on the Blood Builder since it really works!

    Great option for pregnancy and postpartum

    I started taking MegaFood Blood Builder after it was recommended by my doula to support my postpartum recovery, and I’m so glad I did. I lost 1500cc of blood during my VBAC and required a blood transfusion, so rebuilding my iron levels while breastfeeding was really important to me. I was initially skeptical, but I had bloodwork done at 8 weeks postpartum and all of my levels have been fully replenished. I’ve had no stomach upset, and I felt comfortable taking this while breastfeeding. It gave me peace of mind knowing I could support my recovery without affecting my baby. I would highly recommend this to other breastfeeding moms who need gentle iron support. It’s nice that you can take it on an empty stomach and don’t have to chase it with Vitamin C like many other supplements require,

    The iron blood builder is

    The iron blood builder is amazing. In 2 weeks, it raised my rbc hemoglobin to over 12. It also increased by ferritin, folate & B12 levels. This is all without side effects ( no constipation).
