Not ggood quality

I really give this negative stars I put it together perfectly I planted in it since about 3 weeks ago and today I see it’s tilted and coming apart and the legs are bending in. So this is not well made or built to be outside with rain and I’m very disappointed and one strong wind and I lose the whole thing and my plants

Sturdy and simple assembly

This is our second such planter. All the necessary parts were in the package, I needed my husband's assistance only to tap the tight-fitting pieces into place with a mallet. We used a staple gun to secure the lining. The tops of each post are supposed to stay in place with the provided pegs, but the fit is just not secure enough; we will probably end up drilling a hole so they can be secured with screws. Overall, we are quite satisfied.

Do not recommend this item.

Quality is very poor, they are difficult to build and they come apart a few days after adding dirt and plants. The wood quality is not good, splintered, and is warming. The legs are only held on by grooves in the wood, the should have screws to hold them together. Do not recommend this item.

don't rush the assembly

first, be sure you have all the parts, then prime the wood before you assemble it and it would be a good idea to add some wood glue for extra strength and support as you assemble.? If the sides do not slide down easily don't cut the boards, take a bar of soap and scrape it on the raw wood edge for easy sliding.? Then when assembled paint with a good outdoor paint inside and out.? You are not going to have to fill the entire thing with dirt, that will just make it heavy and rot the wood.? Try adding Styrofoam blocks or other light weight filler in the bottom to use up the extra space. We decided to make it shorter so we cut a few inches of the legs before assembly, so the soft wood is an advantage.

Good little planter

Easy to assemble in about 30 minutes. I have used a wood preservative and waterproof paint to keep it durable. I also used wood glue on the joints. A good sturdy planter for the money.

Inexpensive, sturdy planter.

I like this planter.? It only took about 30 minutes to assemble, was super easy, and seems very sturdy.? I have 6 tomato. 2 cucumber, 2 zucchini, 2 pepper, 3 strawberry and 4 onion plants in it currently, with plenty of room for them to grow.? I will probably buy another before next spring.
