Q: How do you remove the strainer bowl? Follow instructions, it won't pull/lift off. Release latches, lift off cover, remove pulp container-won't budge. I returned one, 2nd doesn't work either.

It does not juice out the maximum just out of fruits and vegetables! The price for it was good and it’s pretty small so able to store, but not worth it if it’s gonna give only 1/2 of juice when a single carrot would’ve given more!

Dont waste your money
Don’t waste your money on buying this and also don’t waste your money on buying insurance! It’s a scam! My machine broke not even a year into owning it and I called the insurance and they gave me the run around which tells me they didn’t want to help me and pay for it. Insurance for these items is a scam! Don’t waste your time and money. This machine also sucks!

Beware!!!Do not buy!!
Please do not buy this product unless you are prepared to constantly clean off your counter space as you try to juice. The pulp leaks from the sides of disposal container, I made sure the disposal container was lined properly. It also runs very loud. I should have listened to the other negative reviews about this product. Have not had a full week will be returning. I ordered a more expensive one from Wayfair, hopefully it does the job better than this product.

Just ok! I suppose that explains the discounted price.
I had high hopes for this machine. Three basically is for basic! Lol. I wish it had performed better. The truth is barely juices beets. It was working so hard that it roared when I turned it off... It also doesn't get things as dry as I think they should. There's so much wet pulp left. I can't really recommend this item because not only was a very loud. It didn't pull rise with the vegetables enough. It kind of splashed around a bit kind of a messy juicing experience... I do suggest blending on "2" because "1" was really a struggle for everything except fruits.

Worked well for a while
I had this juicer for a long time and used it a lot.... however, one day, I was juicing ginger and it exploded. The juicing wheel flew off and hit me in the chest and ginger pulp was everywhere... It stunned me. I was not phyiscally harmed but it "hurt" having the wheel fly into my chest. Scared me too!
