Cute towel bar, but I'm a little disappointed in the quality of the material compared to the price - it feels flimsy. I like the brass color, but it isn't quite the same as the brass color used for the toilet paper holder, which is a bit darker.

Aesthetically it looks really good. But it is super lightweight, and kind of cheap feeling. I expected something a little bit more hefty. I would expect something like this to be more at a $15-$18 price point.

Used these I. My primary bedroom as clothes racks for my husband and I. It’s been a great place to hang pajamas or clothes we might wear the next day. Fits so nicely behind a door and looks high end. The only thing that was disappointing was how the bar was a little bent so getting it to be straight and level was a little challenging.

Its 28 inches
It’s not 24”!!! I wanted to hang on back of door so made sure to measure. Well my handyman installed only to realize it’s 28” in reality and hits the door trim every time opened. I’m guessing the 24” is prob the width of the base not including the bar overhang on either side. Anyways I’m going to have to use somewhere else or return. Besides that I love it!

Poor Quality Towe Bar
The design is nice, but the quality is lacking. It’s very flimsy and feels like it’s made of plastic. I know it’s only for towels, but as poorly made as this is, I’m surprised it can even hold that.

ECook: If you think your towel bar is not securely installed, we recommend that you please remove the post from the wall plates and re-tighten the wall plates to the wall. The wall plates should sit flush on the wall. If this step is complete, and the attachment still wobbles, it means the wall plates were installed too far apart from each other. The style is great, simple, classic and modern, but seriously…. The different color golds make it look cheap. I would have expected more from hearth and hand. The bar is also very light and feels cheap. The bar is more of a yellow gold and the brackets are brass. The brass brackets feel sturdy and are the color portrayed in the photos. Do better hearth and hand!

The bar itself is two different golds. It isn’t that noticeable but then you put the matching hooks that are literally in the same Magnolia line and they’re all completely different golds. This is the towel bar compared to the hooks.
