Poor quality, lack of accurate description
Came vacuum sealed in a bag, left it open for a few days thinking it would inflate, it did not. I thought this was almost like a pillow top, not tightly glued together microfiber. Not supportive at all like the photos.

Trust the Fluffing Process
I was skeptical when buying because of the mixed reviews. It came flat as a pancake, densely vaccuum packed. But I trusted the process. Took it out of the box and beat it for 10 minutes, breaking up all the clumps. There were some unfilled spaces at first, but after 2 days the foam fully fluffed up and filled up the pillow completely. I'm really happy with the quality and size. It is HEFTY. Did not find anything at similar price point (got it 56% off) that had pockets, zipper removable covers, and the good height that this one has.

I just opened this package and it is NOT like the picture. First there is NO instructions on how to fluff the pillow out. It’s a lot of loose stiff padding or whatever it is. It’s flat, does not sit up because foam is not supporting it to sit up. I’m in disbelief and I’m very disappointed

It took a strong effort for me to remove this from the wrapping, a shrink wrapped one. (Imagine 30% grip strength in one hand. 2nd hand is strong). Next, I spent about 10 min or so beating the crap out of it. (This is like physical therapy for me, but I’m sure you can muster the strength to punch this thing until the clumps of matted memory foam break apart inside the cushion. No need to unzip it, but mind the zippers when you’re punching it. I expect it to be fully inflated after a couple days of “re-inflating” it with air. The gray colour is nice. Like the velveteen rabbit kind of look.

Fit and finish are good have them 4 months and they are good easy to vacuum and wipe of no problems, I would recommend these to keep car clean and makes cleaning the backseat back of your car so much easier.

Dont judge before the fluff
Initially it was so flat I was mad, but then realized I had to fluff it up , by punching etc, because it was sealed flat in the box , it looked limp, but once I fluffed it up it was good , it is pretty big , and comfy. and material is nice and soft.

Now I am in the process of trying to return this item and that is not easy for me.. A reminder not only did I let the item settle for 24 to 48 hrs it is still trying to settle ?????? Sad Slouch
What I received is not what's in the website picture. It looks half-full and has no structure to support a body. Maybe it's supposed to puff up after a few days but I haven't seen any change. Or if there's something the user is supposed to do-- inflate it with air? fluff it by punching??-- that should be included in directions. The fabric is super-soft but that's not why I bought this. This will be returned.
