Q: Does this rug have an odor when it arrives to my house? Also does it shed a lot?

  • A: Hello! Thank you for your question. There may be an odor initially that will dissipate once aired out. As it is made with natural fibers of wool and jute, shedding should be expected. With routine vacuuming with a canister vacuum (beater bar should be disengaged), it should diminish over time.
