As Pictured, Arrive Scratched
The shelf was as pictured, easy to install and works well. The interior back panel of the shelf arrived scratched. I reached out to the manufacturer and they let me know they don't do any replacement parts. Given the largeness of the item and that I'd already thrown away the box, I decided to keep it as is.
