The provided stand does not hold the weight of the umbrella. When opened completely the whole thing tips over. Probably need to buy sand bags to hold down the base.

Beautiful but broke

I loved this umbrella until it broke after only three months of use. I’ve been very gentle with it and I’ve taken good care of it. Today when I went to open it the string inside snapped and it will no longer open. I’m not sure if there’s anything that can be done about it because target says my return window has closed. Should have lasted at least a few years, but three months is ridiculous. It’s a beautiful umbrella and was very easy to put together. I wish there was a way to fix it. The base is very sturdy since it is built to hold four flat concrete pavers. Can anyone at Target assist?

Bad product but worse customer service from both sides

Don’t buy it . It’s not even cheap total garbage. I’ve used only 3x and it’s falling apart already. I can’t open or close it the string inside it’s stuck somewhere. The led won’t work, there’s a pin that holds the umbrella keeps falling off. This company and target sucks . There is no customer service to help you. Once you buy it’s on your own.

You Get What you pay for

Overall this is a decent product. The only bad is that the screws fall out often. I finally started to put glue on them when I put them back in. Seems to be working, until the next one comes loose. The other thing is the fabric is rather thin and lets more sunlight in than I would want.
