Terrible Product and zero assistance
I purchased mine 2 years ago and it stopped working six months ago. Since then, have been trying to get to fixed, with no luck. I spent half an hour on a chat on the company website and even though I was number 1 on the queue, no one connected for 30 Minutes. I would never buy this piece of junk.

I would not buy this product again
My new air wine cooler with this model number stopped working. I replaced the power board and I replaced the control board. The compressor works all the wires are connected the thermistor works it needs a new light. I know the compressor works because I jumped it and it's working fine cooling down the inside. I contacted customer support and they told me it's a compressor issue. It's not something else is going on and it's now not under warranty anymore. It was a complete lemon I searched all over for all the trouble shoot I could find everything is working it's just the wine cooler itself is not clicking on the lock light keeps showing up on the control board. I would not recommend this product to anyone. My true rating would be zero stars but that's not an option here.

Frost/Ice Issue
I bought this wine cooler a bit over a year ago. The capacity is great and I really liked it. Unfortunately, I recently noticed a thick layer of ice in the back right side of the wine cooler covering about half the back. I removed the ice, but it looks like it's coming back. It's JUST past the one year warranty, which is disappointing.

33 bottles?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The item is suppose to hold 33 btls of wine. Each of the five shelf holds 5 bts for a total of 25 bottles. Top shelf btls must be laid on their side and only 3 btls fit. Bottom shelf is the same way. So how do I get 33 btls in the cooler? Spouse sez unit is nosy. I don't hear it.

Only lasted a year
We bought this in March of 2022 and just over a year later it started making a clicking sound and now does not work at all. Would not recommend buying this product.

Great Customer Service!
Purchased the beverage fridge for new home and did not open until 5 months afterwards . Fridge did not cool upon opening and starting. Called NewAir customer service and they were quick to respond and take care of the problem and shipping new Fridge. Awesome customer service. Would definitely buy product from them again,

Good Wine Cooler
I have had this wine fridge for about two years. It is very quiet and it keeps the wine at the desired temperature. I like the capacity, though with all wine fridges, the number of bottles is dependent on the size of the bottles. I have had Newair fridges and have found that customer service has been excellent: very quick to respond and provide the needed help and the service people have been very helpful, responsive and nice.

After much research, we finally found the one!
Our new wine fridge holds the perfect number of wine bottles (33) for us. We set the temperature setting to 55 degrees which allows us to store both red and white wines. The unit fits very nicely in the corner of our dining room. It has a very clean look with front stainless steel edging and darkened glass. The Led lighting gives off a soft blue light which looks very cool at night. The metal racks are sturdy and allow for height adjustment, if desired. The front door has a nice solid feel to it providing excellent insulation.

Great wine cooler for all varieties
We bought this wine cooler because wine takes on a better flavor at a mild temperature. The cooler is compact, holds a lot of bottles, and has a stylish LED light. Newair has been helpful with all questions and needs. Would definitely recommend!
