Q: There’s extra hard Velcro, but I don’t think they are sticky, what are they for?

  • A: We can't see your order details here, so we're not sure which item you purchased. If it's the light-colored one, the Velcro is used to connect the bottom seams of the individual pieces. If it's the dark-colored one, there's no Velcro included.

CANCER

I just received this item and on the box it has a cancer warning. I don’t understand why a kids toy has to be made with BPA. Now I have to haul a huge box somewhere to return this. This shouldn’t have to be something parents worry about.
