Love Cooking!!!!

I love it it’s very nice and modern aesthetically So far so good, I love cooking with high heat and it will shut off automatically temporarily with its own regulator. Also the knobs can get very hot to the touch take care. I made Cocido a Mexican beef shank soup which takes 4-5 hours to cook thoroughly so I had to unplug and let it cool down a bit in order to continue cooking it.
