GreenPan Valencia Pro 11" Ceramic Grill Pan with 2 Side Handles Black

This is without doubt the best skillet I have owned

I will never be able to use another brand again. They're good looking, versatile, so easy to clean and so non-sticky! Love love love.

I used a couple of the items and if they continue in the same vein they are excellent.

The pans are not as big as I had hoped for and the lid doesn't fit the pot. I am worried that water will get through the rivets and into the handle. My other Greenspan pots don't have the rivets and I prefer these to this set of pans.

This grill pan beats all others! It grills, somehow provides a lovely smoky finish to my chicken and I’ve tried several pans over the years and this one out performs them all! Easy to clean up. Substantial. Highly recommended.

They advertise the non-stick frying pans as being tough and scratch resistant. Yet, when you buy one, it has a small disclaimer telling you to read this first before using it. In it, it tells you the various issues it can have. Like, don't use cooking sprays as it can damage the coating, use only low to moderate heating, don't use nylon dish brushes as it can damage the coating and so on. So much for it being scratch resistant and robust. Sounds like a delicate little flower. So, the company is misleading the consumer. I mean, is it robust or not? If it can't handle a simple dish brush, then how can it be scratch resistant and so forth?

Excellent - I was sceptical at the start hoping it really was non-stick. My goodness it is amazing - things are flying around my frypan it’s so good! Buying more as we speak!

We needed to replace an old sauté pan with a damaged surface. Happy with size as it allows us to prepare a meal in it, and the bonus is it browns meat better than previous nonstick pans

I was really happy with my Valencia Pro grill pan and cooking pan for performance and the fact that they’re “healthy”. Sadly, both lasted within 10 months to one year before the coating began to fail. I think they’re great but they shouldn’t only last a year.

Perfect for grilling indoors! Get out the steak and chicken and get grilling!

This pan is awesome! Everything comes out amazing and it is so easy to clean. A joy to have in the kitchen.

I am very happy with the Valencia Pro 17pc cookware set that arrived a few weeks ago. After 40 years of my beautiful copper and stainless steel pans I had to let them go as they didn't work on my new induction cooktop. I scoured the thrift stores for compatible pots but I recently baby sat a friend's doggies and got to use her set of green pan cookware. I was very impressed, she has a set of the Padova pale green version which are gorgeous too but don't really suit my decor. I was going to hold out for the black set to come back in stock, but I really do like the subtle dark grey finish. They are a delight to cook with, very easy to clean even after baking a sticky casserole. They are a comfortable weight for me and I am thrilled to be able to chuck out my old Teflon pans for a safer ceramic finish. I am very impressed and am considering purchasing a set for my partner's family so their toddlers have a toxic free start to life.

Best ceramic pans. You need so little oil and they seem really resistant to chipping.

I’m a huge fan of your products & so far this one doesn’t disappoint! My first Green Pan was the original that had the green lining which held up for decades, it was great but I finally let it go. Love the weight & feel of this grill pan, your non-stick finish is my favorite (have to admit I’m something of a pan junkie). Clean up is a breeze and I’m looking forward to many years of use.

I purchased this grill pan to use on my new induction stove top. It grills well, and is so easy to clean - it literally wipes clean. I'm not a fan of handwashing, so I love that it fits easily in the dishwasher.

Super happy with these pans. They're definitely nonstick but without the detrimental chemicals in coated versions. Looking forward to buying more GreenPans in their beautiful colors and designs.
