This tea went from the best to the worst.
I have been drinking this tea faithfully for 10 years plus. I even brought huge quantities of it to wherever I lived in the world. This last batch is terrible! Even if I use two tea bags I can hardly taste it. I will never buy this tea again. I can’t even give it away. I would give it 0 stars.

Favorite tea, bad packaging
I LOVE this tea... It is by far my favorite go to tea! But, their packaging changed I think because the plastic liner on the inside of the tea packaging doesn't tear well and it's caused me to tear or cut several tea bags. It's a bummer because it truly is my favorite. I really don't like loose leaf tea floating in my tea though.

Much weaker than it used to be.
I have purchased and enjoyed this tea for many years. However, the last purchase was clearly a new formulation that was much weaker than previously. It is so weak, it is not enjoyable anymore. Won't be buying it again.

Best heatt and body warming tea.
My go too winter tea. This warms my heart and my mental clarity. In the winter this tea makes my wholr body feel warm and like i can accomplish anything. Have drank this for years . I buy online as most of time i cant get it in the store except 1 box at a time

Favorite winter tea

Not as spicy
This USED to be my favorite tea of all time, it was spicy and I could get two cups from the same bag. The 3 new boxes I just purchased are a disappointment, very weak in flavor

This used to be our favorite tea ever, however over the past year something has changed . no matter how long we Brew it for, or how many tea bags we put it's very weak not the same previous bold flavor. Please bring the old formula back.

I have been drinking this tea for 20+ years. Other people recognize the smell, associating it with me. This last box I bought taste like nothing. It’s so disappointing. Like others said, mine has a green box on the top and says it is manufactured in UK. Please change it back!!

I've been drinking this tea every day for years. Last two times I purchased it it isn't the same. Very weak. It used to be almost too flavorful but now almost tasteless without adding sweetener. I sent a bach back for replacement but the new stuff is the same. Unfortunate. They ruined a fantastic product. Will have to find another tea.

Not Like It Used to Be
I thought it was just me, but the original blend has lost its incredible taste. I’ve been drinking Good Earth Sweet & Spicy Original blend for over 40 years, ever since discovering it at the Good Earth Restaurant in Westwood, CA. I’ve bought tea bags and bulk tea over the years and have always enjoyed a strong cup almost every day. The last few 6 packs have really been weak and don’t have the strong taste I’ve always enjoyed. Please bring back the original taste!

What did they do to this tea? It's gotten worse and worse over the past couple years. My most recent box is so weak that I decided not to buy this again. Also the wrapper now has to be wrestled open cause of the plastic liner.

I have been buying the sweet and spicy tea for over seven years. It has been my favorite beverage for just as long. Just recently, I had to stock up again, so I bought a box of the original sweet and spicy. Sadly, I found the flavor a mere shadow of its former self, even after I steeped the tea for over 10 minutes. I might as well just drink straight up generic black tea. I’m greatly sad about this, and I will not be repurchasing

I can’t believe the change of taste in my recent box of teabags! My husband and I used to My husband and I have been drinking and loving your Sweet and Spicy tea for years! My husband told me the other day that tea did not taste the same…not as flavorful. Even hearing that, I was shocked today when I had a cup of my favorite tea…sweet and spicy…and it wasn’t just ‘less flavorful’, there was no taste. We are so disappointed !!!!!!!!!!!!!! At this point, I won't risk purchasing this ever again!

Where did the rooibos go?!?!?!
I found this tea a few years back & have been drinking the caffeinated version instead of coffee every afternoon. It helps keep me focused at work & also calm. I noticed last week that it tasted different & I wasn't as calm as normal. I looked at the ingredients & low & behold, no rooibos OR cinnamon oil. Come ON! Bring back the original recipe for those of us that loooooooove it!

Restaurant blend
Began drining this tea at the Good Earth Santa Barbara restaurant in 1975 and frequented the Pasadena, Carlsbad & Studio City locations until the last location closed in 2013. Bought the loose leaf 10lbs bags until 2013. Pleeeeease bring back the loose leaf option!!!!!!!!!!
