I got my set in 1975
I got my set in 1975. Our small church pooled together to get us the set. I added a few pieces at the Viejas Farberwere outlet. My husband bought me a non-stick set that Christmas that didn’t last more than 2 years. My set is 51 years old. Someone recently did something with my middle fry pan lid. Can I buy one?

Attractive and easy to clean
When my husband offered to get me a stainless steal frying pan ( I had mentioned several times how I prefer stainless to any other pans on the market)for a Mother's Day gift, my first and only choice was a Farberware Cookware product. I have used Farberware for over 45 years. The style is attractive and when used properly they clean easily and cook evenly.

Shrinking 2-3/4" Frying Pan
I purchased the 2-3/4 quart " Classic" frying pan in December 2024. I have been using my Farberware "Classic" cook wear since 1981, so by ordering the Classic aluminum clad frying pan I assumed it would match my existing set. Unfortunately the specs on the new frying pan do not match original Classic .The new pan has a diameter of 9-1/2", while the original has a diameter of 10". That means that the new lid will not fit on my original frying pan, nor will it fit on my 8 quart pot as designed. Hmmmm. Shrink-flation in cook wear as well,?! Also disappointed to see the new pan made in China, while my original set was manufactured in NYC-USA.

Great Looking Out Of the Box
Beautiful looking, but feel a little tinny. Not like my grandmother's pans. Also leaves water stain on inside after hand washing.

Love the six pots that I just received
Looking at the saute pans. What are the dimensions? How deep are they? How wide? I want to order one or the other and maybe both soon!

Shipping of Items
I recently ordered several items online - electric frying pan, crockpot, blender, Farberware frying pan and Farberware saucepan. The electric frying pan and crockpot were shipped together and the box was so heavy I could barely lift it off my porch. I had to roll it end over end to get it into my house. All I could think about was the poor delivery driver carrying it from the truck to the house. Today, the two Farberware items came. They were in a huge box filled with packing peanuts. I filled two large kitchen trash bags with peanuts. How do I dispose of them? There is absolutely not reason that a box that big was need to ship the two Farberware pans. I am pleased with all the purchased items, but very unhappy with the shipment of them!

53 years and going strong!!
I bought a set of Farberware pots and pans in 1971. The only pan I do not still have is the large frying pan. I do not know how but I lost it OR it was stolen. I still have all the rest and they are in EXCELLENT shape. . . after 53 years!!! I use them every day!!
