Directions For sunscreen use: apply generously and evenly 15 minutes before sun exposure, reapply at least every 2 hours, use a water resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating, children under 6 months of age: Ask a doctor, Sun Protection Measures. Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging. To decrease this risk, regularly use a sunscreen with a Broad Spectrum SPF value of 15 or higher and other sun protection measures including: limit time in the sun, especially from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m., wear long-sleeved shirts, pants, hats, and sunglasses

    Burns face- not for sensitive skin

    This thing burned my face so bad! My face was soft and supple, I used just castor oil but was gifted this moisturizer. I should’ve listened to my gut because 2 days later I notice dry irritated patches on my face that are super red and HURT! I loved the way it felt on my face and absorbed well, but the end result was terrible. Now I have to get my skin back to health. I would not recommend this item for sensitive skin.

    New Favorite

    Love how well it works under makeup! It’s non-drying as some others have been for me and my makeup stays put and doesn’t separate. Only complaints: I cannot wear it alone as it runs and stings my eyes which never happens when I use it with makeup. It has a strange chemical odor upon first application, which dissipates quickly.

    This is not the Biote sunscreen everybody raves about

    This is not the holy grail sunscreen sold in Japan. It was formulated for the American market and uses the UV filters that are standard in the US. It's pretty good by American standards but still leaves a noticeable greasy film.

    I ordered it thinking it is the original watery essence one. I guess it is my fault. But this sunscreen on absolute terms is also not good. there is a weird smell, and it leaves white cast. This is not what I was looking for.

    I Got the sunscreen as a gift from my sister from her trip in Japan, its working miracles on my skin. Sadly I can't get one in Nairobi Kenya. I want it...it's been two weeks and my skin is suffering. Kindly let me know if you have a distributor in Nairobi.

    Loved but Lost

    I loved the texture and feel of this sunscreen the few times I used it. The packaging is sleek and gorgeous. Sadly, it's too sleek. It slid right out of my bag once that I noticed and then again that I did not notice while traveling. So lost but loved it while I had it.

    What's up the with alcohol scent?

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There's quite a few things to like about this sunscreen. It's a smooth texture, it goes on clear (no white cast) and it leaves a dewy/glow finish. The things I wasn't a fan of include the scent and the thickness. The scent is a mix of tropical, sunscreen smell, and alcohol. Not a fan of this combination. I also wasn't a fan of the thick, almost sunscreen-like consistency. It just felt kind of heavy on my skin even after I had rubbed it in.
