BLEW UP!!!

I got this thermos for my dog’s food (meat soup). I heated the food in the morning for 1 minute in the microwave and during the trip, in the afternoon, it blew up all over in the car. Like spontaneously!! DO NOT BUY THIS FOR YOUR KID!! If you decide to pack for them and they try to do anything or just have it in their sight it might blow up in their face or all over them. Will try to see if they will reimburse me for a car detailing. You would not want to buy this for your kid and have to see if they will reimburse you for medical bills.

Kept food warm for 7+ hours!

I boiled hot water and I put it into this little thermos and close the lid as I warmed up some soup for my daughter the soup is ready. I emptied the water and put the soup in. It stayed warm. I’ll throughout her school day and even when she got home, she had a little bit left and I put my finger to the test and it was still warm. I’m very impressed. I highly recommend this thermos.

Love this container its perfect!!!

We had been using another popular brand that we absolutely loved for about six years. My daughter wanted a different design and I just happened to run across this at Target. I purchased the floral one and it’s so cute and great for any age! When I got home I decided to then look at reviews and almost returned it but decided to test it out. First I put boiling water in our old one and this new one and checked them both in 4 hrs…. They were the same temp! So great news on that! What it says on the sticker on the bottom is that you must not put the stainless steel in the dishwasher! The lid can go in dishwasher but I hand wash the container and the spoon and usually lid too. It’s work out awesome and no rusting! This is perfect size for soup, chili, etc for a child or teen. We love it and I’m so happy I gave it a chance! Love it and great price!

DO NOT PURCHASE PLEASE

PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE For SAFETY reasons. This thermo exploded in my 4 year old daughter’s classroom. Someone could have gotten hurt. Kids and teachers were frightened by the situation and it could have been worse. The white part of the thermo flew out. Not much was done to compensate for what was damaged so I recommend you do not put yourselves or others in this situation. Do not want to exaggerate but I do not think this is safe.

Doesnt retain the temperature

These are a good example of you get what you pay for. I love pillowfort products but unfortunately, these aren’t working for us. I properly pre heat these and my daughter’s lunch is continuously cold by her lunch time. I’ve used similar products for years to make her school lunches and have had no issues or complaints, so I’m certain it’s not any misuse on our end. It’s unfortunate because I was excited for a more cost friendly and aesthetic option!

Looks and feels Aluminium

Material is very light weight. Looks more aluminum. Also didn’t find the grade of stainless steel of the material anywhere. Wonder what kind of alloy makes this ‘stainless steel’ enough. I don’t feel confident enough to put anything hot due to that. Hopefully they will list the steel grade and this is a food grade one. But for now, it’s not for me or my kids

Doesnt keep food warm

It doesn't keep food warm whatsoever. I add boiling water in it and let it sit with the cap on, sealed and it still doesn't keep it warm. Will be returning.
