I purchased this sleep mask when I was pregnant to help me with my insomnia. I have never used a weighted sleep mask so I was skeptical at first but it has been amazing! I fall asleep fast and comfortable. Definitely recommend.

Helps to learn to sleep on the back
Saw these online and was surprised to see target sold them. This is so nice to sleep with, just the right amount of weight so it doesn’t feel uncomfortable on the actual eyeball. I’m trying to sleep on my back (for wrinkle reasons lol) and this definitely helps to keep me from smooshing my face into the pillows like I usually do

Best thing since sliced bread
I have always been the kind of a person that went to bed, fell asleep and never woke up during the night. Well, as I have gotten older that has changed. I purchased this on a whim and because it had so many good reviews. I didn't think I could use it as I can't really stand anything on my face while I sleep but when I wake up at 2 am and can't get back to sleep I put this across my eyes and just lay there. It does this magical thing of truly relaxing my mind and I feel actual change in my head, next thing I know it's 7am and I have gotten full night sleep vs tossing and turning. BEST THING EVER>

Toddler mom and night shift RN, and I love this mask. It puts me to sleep in under five minutes every time, no matter if I’m waking up at 1pm or 3am. I’m a side sleeper and it’s worked so well for me so far! A little FYI, It does say on the packaging, the goal is to get you to sleep/back to sleep, not stay on your head all night, so for anyone that wants it on 24/7 this isn’t the mask for you. For any type of sleep, I find myself wanting it and being excited to lay down knowing I’m not going to toss and turn for 30mins until I fall asleep! It is on the pricier side but I would still definitely recommend it!!!!

worth it!!
I didn’t expect to like this as much as i did. However, i fall asleep almost immediately using this. Even while half asleep during the middle of the night i find myself reaching for it. a little pricey, but the best mask out there!

My gift recipient didnt have much luck with this mask
I gave this as a gift. Unfortunately the gift recipient experienced the mask falling off way too many times (side sleeper) during the night and decided to just not wear it. It was more trouble than what it was worth, (according to her) and it actually disrupted her sleep. I would assume the mask was possibly not heavy enough (as well as she may toss in her sleep).

Skeptical, but....
I wasn't sure about this, but having the ability to experience sound sleep for the first time in a long while was magical. Definitely worth every penny. From one insomniac to another, do yourself a favor! Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the material and the substantial weight it had. I was expecting something fairly light, but they certainly delivered on the weighted aspect.

Game Changer
Ok, get this product. Not only does it help you sleep but if you suffer from headaches it's incredible. I even put mine in the freezer and the combination of cold + the weight on my head made me feel so much better. I took it on a weekend away and will never travel without it!

I took this out of the box and literally fell asleep on the floor. I've always struggled with falling asleep, but Nodpod has been a game-changer. The pressure feels like a comforting hug from my mama, helping to shut out the world and relax my racing mind. It's also surprisingly cool, which is a huge plus because I run hot in the summer.
