I am a type 1 diabetic and over the years, this disease has caused my gums to deteriorate resulting in loss of teeth. After numerous recommendations from my dental hygienist I finally broke down and bought this device. I regret not purchasing sooner. Within 5 days of use, I noticed a difference in my gums. They feel healthier and I have had less pain and discomfort when eating. My only regret is not purchasing this 2-3 years ago.

The water flosser was quite disappointing. The on/off switch is not a push button, but rather a slide switch that does not move easily. This is problematic with a mouthful of water in the process of flossing. Also, the recharging plug is very difficult to remove from the charger. Given Waterpik’s reputation as a leader in this area, along with the price, I find these drawbacks unacceptable. I have replaced it with an Aquasonic flosser without any problems and significantly cheaper.

Terrible. The hole to fill is in the center of the water reservoir. Dumb. Also it cracked after two months. The water reservoir does not stay in place when full and slips out so you have to hold it in place.

Loved this waterpik, until the off button stopped working. Now it’ll keep shooting water, even after we turn it off. We’ve only had it for about 4 months, and now we need to buy a new one. We try to take care of the things we purchase, so it really seems like this should last longer than that.

I stopped using manual/regular flossing, they useless,it didn’t do anything much of cleaning in between my teeth at all. My dentist suggested me to use Waterpik and now I become Waterpik fan for several years . The Waterpik really does the work of cleaning my teeth very well especially some stuff/food that stuck between your teeth, they really came out. I am really obsessed with Waterpik. I love it.

It seems to do what it says. But for a name brand product, it is so cheap feeling. There is no battery level or charge indicator. Just a little white light that says it's plugged in, but that's it. A battery level indicator is such a basic feature these days. It also feels like it's bigger than it needs to be. It's this big hunk of cheap plastic. But again, if you travel, and you won't floss, I recommend it.
