Hopefull but was dissapointed
I really wanted Snoos for my twins but went with two of these as a budget option. The matress didn't seem comfy (you can upgrade to a nicer one for $70+ (x2 for me)). The rocking feature made a clicking noise on both of mine, with quite minimal use. I ended up just using one for both my twins and then they transitioned to their cribs quickly. The legs are huge as stated and definetly needs a redesign. It's worth a try if you want a rocking bassinet but I kind of wish I would have just found a couple used Snoos.

Its great but needs work
I do love this bassinet. The swivel feature is great and I don’t know how people use a bassinet without a lowering wall!! That being said, there is occasionally a knocking noise on the rocking feature and that just drives me crazy. This bassinet is too expensive to have that as an issue in my opinion.

Worth it!
Some of the complaints are true. It will click in the rocking mode but for me it meant the baby or mattress were off balance. The legs are very annoying with a low bed and even with the floor light I have still stubbed my toes on this numerous times. Aside from all of this I still found this to be a great bassinet. My baby loved the vibrate and rocking feature. The sound machine was very helpful. I would pick this over the snoo any day

Very inconvenient
The bassinet itself it’s great , such as the height, spacious, it rocks, vibrates and has different noises. However the design is horrible! The legs are so inconvenient, you can’t put it close to anything if you have a low bed or low couch. And it’s heavy !!! You can’t move it from room to room without denting your walls or scratching your door because of the legs ,

Disappointment
Really not worth the price. I had the bassinest swivel and upgrade to this one and it is nice being about to rock my baby back to sleep since he wakes up when I set him in the bassinet, however the bassinet makes a grinding/clicking noise when using the rocking settings. I tried the trouble shooting that halo recommends and IF it works, it only works for a little while and then the grinding/clicking sound returns. Also, I decided on this model because of the auto soothe. The auto soothe really isn't that great. My baby doesn't start screaming right away when he wakes up. He starts marking grumbling sounds and little whines which doesn't trigger the auto soothe to start. Even on the highest sensitivity it only starts the auto soothe if he is screaming. Lastly, the base of this bassinet is HORRIBLE. It's a tripping hazard and not only that but it doesn't even go under my bed enough for the bassinet to be over my bed. Not worth it.

Does not connect to app
It definitely helps our newborn sleep, but we can only use it manually due to the app not working for us. It continually crashes out and we are unable to connect to the bassinet. Also, our son is 2 1/2 months old and is almost the entire length of the bassinet mattress. In the middle of the night he is pushed so far to one end that his head is half off the mattress pad pushing through the mesh. We would’ve hoped to get 6 months from the bassinet, but due to its short length we will probably get at most 3 months.

An Amazing Nursery Addition
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This could not have come at a better time! The perfect way for me to keep my baby close while he sleeps while still following the parameters of safe sleep with a newborn. I am so grateful we get to have this as a part of our nursery

Less stress
This has been a blessing to our sleep schedule. It helps in the middle of the night for those sleepy feedings. The pull down side helps significantly and pulling them on to the bed to look in the bassinet is a great feature.

We have only been using
We have only been using this bassinet for about a month now. But so far it has been great! Our last baby would not sleep in a bassinet, so this time we wanted one that had features that would really help our newborn to sleep. The settings on this bassinet have really helped. My little one loves the heartbeat sound and the vibration setting the best. I’m very glad we got the infant insert. He was born big at 9. 9 oz, but even for a big baby it helps keep him in one spot.

A True Lifesaver
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this bassinet. I loved that it was super easy to set up and I really liked how easily the one side folded down to be able to reach in to baby if needed during the night. The fact that I could bring my baby in closer to me or have him a bit farther out away from the bed is extremely nice and convenient. This gives him the ability to learn how to sleep a bit more independently, but also gives the opportunity for a bit of extra comfort/soothing if I need to pull him in a bit closer to me. I loved the looks of it and the fact that the lighted buttons were very neat and sleek looking once turned on. I did feel that I had to be very careful to not bump against them whenever I would pick up/lay down my baby because they were so sensitive that they would easily come on. (Not a big deal though). I thought the sounds it came with were all very nice and I felt like the heartbeat sound was pretty realistic sounding which was neat. Although, I was a bit surprised that it had a music note (for the sound button) , but then it didn’t have any music. Not a deal breaker, but just surprised it didn’t have at least one song option for a lullaby or something. My daughter even asked why there was a music note and no music, too. Haha. The AutoSoothe was a nice feature. I loved the app and I could see this autosoothe being extremely helpful from the start, right after getting home from the hospital as a newborn. I wish I would have had it sooner for those long nights! Especially with not wanting to always move around a lot after giving birth…this would do some of the rocking/consoling for you and allow mama to get a bit more rest and help through recovery. My baby is a few months old now, and sleeps much better than my first two babies, so I think sometimes it would startle him a bit when the AutoSoothe kicked on at first… just because he hasn’t been use to it previously and we don’t end up needing it very often right now. After the first few times of it kicking in though, he seems like he is started to get use to it more and it has come in really handy! While he goes to sleep great, if he wakes up super early in the morning and starts to fuss; most of the time he will go right back to sleep as soon as the AutoSoothe kicks on. Allowing me to get a couple more hours of sleep! That’s been soooo nice not having to get up as early!! The auto soothe did seem to kick on almost as soon as he would start crying. Which was pretty impressive! However, I found that the cry detection was either all or nothing. For instance, if I set the AutoSoothe on a low sensitivity, then it wouldn’t pick him up and start even if he was in the bed. BUT if I set the sensitivity to middle or high, it worked so well that It seemed to pick up his crying clear On the other side of the house during the day time even. lol. So we would come into our room at random times throughout the day and find that it was turned on and rocking by itself even though there was no baby in it. While that was a bit annoying at times, I still feel like that if it’s something that can help get you through those sleepless nights…it’s still worth it! I just would have to remember to turn it off in the app throughout the day :) I like the breathable material that is around the main part. It has such a nice feel and it is one thing I noticed right off the bat and loved. However, I do wish it was a bit easier to see-through during the night. It would be nice to be able to see into without having to raise myself up quite a bit to be able to see up and over the side to check on / look at baby. We have an older version of the halo swivel from a few years ago and that, along with the option of the music, are the two things that I miss in this newer version. If you have read this far, hehe…. Over all, I definitely recommend this BassiNest! My baby seems fine with the sounds it does offer and I love the app with the built in program to adjust things to their age group so they don’t become super reliant on always having to be rocked the whole time while sleeping. Even with a baby that sleeps very well…it’s still helped me get even more sleep! I wish SO much that I would have had this for my oldest child who had such a hard time sleeping.

A Newborn Must Have
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received the Halo BassiNest 3. 0 Connected as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I must say, this is the neatest bassinet I've ever seen! Thr fact that it senses when our newborn daughter (now 9 weeks old) wakes up and will soothe her back to sleep without me getting up or even moving a muscle, is a lifesaver! This bassinet was simple to put together following the instructions. My husband put it together within 15 minutes. Once I downloaded the app and synced everything, it was a breeze to work. I love that this bassinet comes with so many presets for soothing your little one. It makes setting the bassinet very easy. I also love the drop down side, which is very handy when nursing a little one and having it beside your bed. I don't even have to get out the bed to pick up our daughter for night time feeds. The bassinet itself can swivel, so I can adjust it however I need to without moving the base. It is a very level bassinet, so baby doesn't roll to one side unless they roll themselves. A level bassinet is so important!! It's also very handy that the bassinet can be removed from the base and carried around the house. I'm a stickler for safe sleep no matter what time of day, and having this where ever I am in the house for naps ensures my daughter has a safe sleep space. She really likes the soothing aspects of the bassinet, and we can easily lay her down awake and she will fall asleep on her own. I wish there was something like this on the market 3 years ago for our son! This is definitely the perfect bassinet for newborns and parents who value every minute of sleep they can get, like me!
