A: Always ZZZ Period Underwear has a definite front and back. You can identify the back by the amount of coverage. The front has a narrower shape, while the back has a wider shape, like a brief style of underwear.

Chemical burn
I really really wanted to like these. They're very tight, which I can live with (I'm very well within the size). The smell is similar to always discreet version, not as strong in my opinion. Something is different between the two, I'm not sure what it is but I wanted to try these since they're labeled specifically for periods. But I wore them two nights and I now have a chemical burn in very sensitive areas. I'm sure this product is great for those with stronger skin, but my girlies with the sensitive skin, steer clear from these. I didn't have a problem with the always discreet disposable underwear, so I'm going back to those to wear overnight on my period. Also wanted to throw in there that the always discreet ones are far wider in the back, I don't know why these ones narrow out to a g strip up the back, not a fan.

Disappointed
I did not see that these were scented until I opened them. Not overpowering but we know scents are not good for us so why add it? Also, it makes a crunchy sound when I walk. I used the postpartum underwear from Always and they were much softer and didn’t make noise. Def could not wear outside of the house.

Burned skin
Unfortunately, after 2 wears these gave me chemical like burn/rash between my legs and on my butt. I use always brand pads without issue…not sure what’s going on with these.

Heavily scented diaper thong 🫠
These are just terrible. Like others have said, the cut is so strange. The front and back are the same cut, so it feels like wearing a diaper thong--not enough coverage on the butt and way too much on the front. I also made the mistake of not realizing these were scented before purchasing. I try to stay away from scents since they're not healthy, but I have no sensitivity to scents (not easily bothered by them). This scent is OVERWHELMING and very off-putting.

The scent is a problem
I'm so disappointed these dont come in an unscented option! I cant use scented products and have a very heavy flow, so I was looking forward to trying something geared specifically toward periods and not incontinence. Please consider adding a fragrance free option!

I used to love these, but they now leak pretty badly. Double with pads if you must use them, unless it’s a light day.

Uncomfortable & awful fit
They are exactly the same cut on the front as they are in the back, making them too small on the butt and too loose on the front. Horribly uncomfortable!

Completely in love with these babies!
I've been incredibly reluctant to try period underwear but finally just did it. I'm going through my first cycle post partum, after getting my copper IUD. This has been the heaviest period I've had in a long time. The night before buying the underwear, I overfilled my pad. Using the underwear, I was really skeptical that they'd fit me as a size 22 24... oh my GOSH. They fit perfectly and are so incredibly comfy!!! The smell is light and fresh and the feel of how thin the padding is made me think I'd wake up to a disaster. NOPE! The underwear collected everything and I didn't spill over; Even though every time I moved, I could feel the heavy drainage. The period smell was not there and if it was, for the amount of collection that I had, it SHOULD have been noticeable. I inspected everything this morning and I could see areas in the corners of the underwear where I would have leaked had the design not been constructed well, but there was a thickness in the pubic lining that prevented this from happening. I'm so incredibly thankful for these ladies and so in love! I wish they came in more quantity per box but what can you do? I highly, highly recommend these underwear.

For starters, these hold a decent amount BUT the padding part could be bigger/wider. The downfall is that the coverage is terrible! I get the xxl ones and they just don’t cover enough cheeks, which just don’t work for my menstrual cycle. They are very lopsided, so I’m having to readjust all night. I wake up and I always have one cheek completely out. These would be perfect if they had more coverage.

Good, but theres better options
okay. so to be real, honestly yall just buy a big pack of men’s incontinence diapers. They absorb just as well, if not better, and cost substantially less. Are they flattering? no. Do i wake up with blood everywhere? also no. These always ZZZ ones are nice, the fit is more seamless and more flattering, and i also don’t wake up with blood everywhere. Depends on your personal preference, but i like both.

Great idea poor design
got the 2xl size it feels like I'm wearing a diaper thong. Very uncomfortable and they stink. Won't be buying again unless they size them better and make an unscented. I have sensitive skin and can not wear anything with fragrance touching this area of my body.

My 1st time buying these because pads just not cutting it. I love them I’m on the bigger side so the 2xxl fits just a little snug. But other wise does hold everything. Would like for the company to go up two more sizes for the other women out there.

Poor Sizing
Box says size L fits size 10-18 170-260lb. I am 230lb size 14-16 and the large barely fit. Absolutely no chance they’d be comfortable on you if you’re any bigger than I am. If I repurchase I will get the XL
