Terrible perfume smell

I didn't notice the scent on the bottle when I purchased this, which is my bad, so I sprayed a bit on my fingers when I got it to see how strong it was. The smell was so strongly like a perfume that it coated my tongue and gave me a headache. The actual scent itself is fine, but whatever chemicals are used to create the scent are awful. I couldn't imagine using this in my hair and forcing others to endure the chemical smell of this product. It went right in the trash.

My boys loved this product but it was almost impossible to wash out and the smell gave them a headache there was a great texture and great fluff for their hair
