    The 1-star rating is for the manner in which things were packed into the box for shipping. This body wash was part of a larger order containing birthday plates, napkins, and cups. Everything is fine however the body wash containers opened up in transit and leaked inside the box. It was a mess but all cleaned up and I don’t need to return anything. I was disappointed that the body wash wasn’t in a leakproof bag or something that would have prevented this from happening. I hope this doesn’t happen again.
