A: Yes and nosy spiders. Unbelievable in a short time. I found out to plug it sideway instead of up and down.

A: I've had 2 zevo max running in the kitchen and in the family room where the pantry moths seem to be flying around at night and not 1 moth has went near the light. I'm considering returning these.

Best gnat/fruit fly catcher I’ve ever had. I live in a hot, humid state. Lately been bringing fruit flies home with bananas, and this contraption has caught them all. I prefer this way over the other product that plugs directly into the wall. Worth the extra cost.

I gave three traps. On one, the bulb burned out in a short period of time. The other two are working fine. Is there a replacement bulb? Seems a shame to send all that plastic to the landfill.

We're sorry to hear this. If the light is on and the trap isn’t catching bugs, it may have to do with placement. The traps work best when they’re in spots that are easily accessible to flying insects. Avoid placing in spots where it’s hard for flying insects to access, like behind furniture, curtains or other tucked-away spots. Many flying insects access homes near exterior doors, so if you have an outlet near one of those, it’s usually a good spot. We have a couple tips to share that may help the trap catch more of those pesky flies. If the light is on and the trap isn’t catching bugs, it may have to do with placement. The traps work best when they’re in spots that are easily accessible to flying insects. Avoid placing in spots where it’s hard for flying insects to access, like behind furniture, curtains or other tucked-away spots. Many flying insects access homes near exterior doors, so if you have an outlet near one of those, it’s usually a good spot. To make the trap appealing to bugs, it’s best if it’s not placed near other lights at night. The blue and UV light attracts bugs to the trap and they can get confused or distracted by several light sources. It does not work. I bought one I thought good now. I can get rid of the flies and mosquitoes. Well they go around it. They get close to it but nothing they don’t get nothing. I would buy it again.

We're delighted to hear that our trap worked for you 3 months ago, but we’re disappointed to hear you’re having trouble after inserting a new refill, Suzinole. We've thoroughly tested our products to ensure they deliver the benefits we advertise, so this is not the experience we want you to have. We have a few helpful tips we’d love for you to try. As you may already know, when plugged into the outlet and a trap cartridge is inserted, the LED should glow blue. If not, then unplug the trap and check to see if it’s plugged into a ground fault outlet (one with the two buttons test/reset). If it is, make sure to hit reset, then plug the trap back in. Avoid placing the trap in spots where it’s hard for flying insects to access, like behind furniture, curtains, or other tucked-away spots. Many flying insects access homes near exterior doors, so if you have an outlet near one of those, it’s usually a good spot. Also, some people use traps in their garage or in a room (like a mud room) just inside their garage to catch bugs before they enter the house. To make the trap appealing to bugs, it’s best if it’s not placed near other lights at night. The blue and UV light attracts bugs to the trap, and they can get confused or distracted by several light sources. The trap can be effective in the daytime, but more natural daylight = more competition for the trap. We recommend placing the trap in a darkened room or at least a shadowy area. We have a summer home in Wisconsin on the water. The moment we open the door so many river bugs come in. They all fly into this. Catches spiders too! No complaints!
