Our Generation Dustin 18" Boy Doll in a Western-Style Country Outfit: Wavy Brown Hair & Equestrian Theme

Our Generation dolls are very versatile. This boy doll made a great Harry Potter doll. By washing out the hair product and a decent hair cut. Glass from the ski doll sunglasses (lenses popped out, corners cut off, frame painted black). The blue pants dyed grey. It went so well that I did several of his classmates. Draco and Ron were girl dolls, hair re styled to the boy characters. Overall very successful for a Hogwarts class photo/display. On sale the dolls were very affordable.

Cute doll, but half of his hair felt crunchy like there was weird gel in it or something, so I gave him a bit of a hair trim and love how it turned out.

I ordered this doll because the picture in the ad looked like my grandson. What I got was a poor interpretation of the picture. It isn’t the sweet face you see when purchasing but a scary cheap version. Also his hair is so stiff you can’t move it. Not to mention that his box was put in a large shipping box with no packing so he bounced around in there and wore off the color on his top lip. Very disappointed.

Dustin is having a bad hair day. It's probably why they decided to give him a hat. The wig is stiff with glue in front to try to manage all the bulk but it doesn't work, and in the back it's full and curly making him look suspicious. The "cowboy" hat is a cross between the hat worn by the Canadian Mounted Police, Quakers and Smokey the Bear - definately not something any cowboy would be seen in. I was hoping it would be made of something that could be reshaped but it's rubber and what you see is what you'll get. We actually bought him to dress as Harry Potter but i'll need to do some clipping on his hair... Their other boy dolls would be a better choice.

The clothes are made of durable materials and they are just like real adult clothes. ⁩The hat is removable and it looks too cute on the doll⁦.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The doll terrified my child for some reason. There is nothing wrong with the doll and it is a quality product but, every time my child sees it they cry. The doll is a pretty good size. I think most kids would love to have this as a toy.

I love this beautiful boy doll! He comes dressed in very nice clothing, including a large cowboy hat made of plastic or rubber. He has thick brown hair - the front portion had some kind of gel on it and I washed that out. My rating is 4 stars because his hair constantly falls out whenever I attempt to brush or style it - more than I have ever noticed with the girl dolls. Other than this issue, I am very pleased with Dustin.

Soft body, hard head but not too heavy so I don't think he'd really hurt the kiddos.my kids adore the hat he comes with (not pictured) I absolutely love that he's made of recycled materials. With that being said I am absolutely disappointed that the packaging he came in didn't seem overly eco friendly. Standard cardboard and plastic. Which also brings me to the only other downfall with our lil friend Dustin. His head had four security plastic cord things attaching his head to a tight plastic saucer. It was extremely hard to remove. Had to snip it with scorers but then the security things were so stiff they blended in visibly but could be felt throughout his head and was very sharp and stiff. So I had to pull out all four as much as possible cut them with scorers again and kinda push them back inside his head to protect my little ones fingers and whatnot. As a toy he's amazing but that was some of the worst packaging I've encountered in a long while.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My toddlers and I think this is the cutest doll! It is highly durable for play and includes removable accessories like a hat and shoes. The packaging was difficult to open but the cuteness of the doll makes up for it. The doll’s curly hair is realistic and can be even be combed, and the eyes close shut when laid down to sleep and open again when brought to sit up or stand. My toddlers love the new friend they found in this doll!
