  • A: Each bar has 4 grams of allulose which doesn't spike blood sugar so that's subtracted from the total carbs. So total carbs (14gm) - fiber (7gm) - allulose (4 gm) = 3 gms of net carbs.

    Just like regular Kind bars , same taste, you won't even know it's zero sugar if you didnt see the label. Great for those conscious of sugar intake. Allulose is the sweetner. The dark chocolate satisfies the sweet cravings and the crunchy nuts (almonds and peanuts) add texture. The balance of sweet and salt is perfect. Makes a great snack on the go or for lunchboxes. 6 grams of Fibre. 1 gram of sugar and 5 grams of protein per bar.

    Net carbs?

    Big discrepancy on the net carbs. The nutrition facts say 14g carb - 6 g fiber and no sugar alcohols, so the net carbs should be 8. Yet on the package it says 3 net carbs, and in the product description it says 4 net carbs. They need to get it straight. The bar itself is delicious.

    The taste is great and I am happy to see a bar with no added sugar. My 2 stars is due to your continued use of palm kernel oil, which is a saturated fat and attributed to heart disease.

    Not a fan of Kind Zero

    For years, I have been a fan of Kind Bars 5gram sugar Dark Chocolate Nuts and Sea Salt and always thought that there could be a smaller amount of sugar added to make this work. However, instead of less sugar, the serving size is smaller and the second ingredient is allulose, which I have never heard of. Kind says it has no added sugar or artificial sugar but allulose is an added sugar and is not a sugar I recognize, so I will stick with the original. I am very disappointed I bought this product and I wouldn’t recommend any of the zero kind bars. I personally think this product could have been done more naturally without the weird sugar.
