Zint Organic Xylitol Sweetener, 16 oz (454 g)

It's become my biggest kitchen stable. I have a sweet tooth but had to give up sugar. Thanks to Xylitol it's been a year since I gave up table sugar! I bake almost everyday now so Xylitol is a must for healthier baking. It's the best sugar substitute ever. Tastes just like sugar and no aftertaste. I never got stomach problems either. Warning though, this is not a calorie-free food and it is much healthier than sugar but you still need to watch your portion sizes. Don't think just because this isn't sugar you can eat a whole bag. The most I tend to use in my recipes is 1 tablespoon. I use it to make my own candy, baked goods, put it in hot cereal, you name it. My only complaint (and it's small) is since Xylitol is used in a lot of toothpastes and gum, you might get that menthol sensation after eating it but it doesn't happen often.

I'm a first-timer to the natural sweeteners and I heard about this brand. It's summer so I'm watching my carb intake but can't go without sugar. I like the benefits of less carbs and fewer calories than regular sugar. Surprisingly good, never thought I'd try it, glad I did.
