I enjoy these seeds. I use them for baking, salads and snacking.

With respect to the Q and A about country of origin on the pumpkin seeds. Your consumers are discerning and issues of safety/ certified organic are not the only factor in choosing our foods. Where there are long term supply contracts in place, the country of origin SHOULD be on the packaging. Or at least, since this can be adjusted at lower cost and with higher accuracy at a point in time, on the web site description of the product. My entry into this is via NY Times Cooking site, where a recipe for pumpkin seed pesto has lots of discussion about TASTE of pumpkin seeds (and pine nuts) based on countries of origin. There are differences which sort by country of origin and varietals of plants used, etc (it sounds like). This is relevant information to your consumers on multiple potential levels --and one should not in a busy world have to email you to get the information.

The only change I would make is to reduce the number of boxes required for shipping. Box within a box seemed like a lot.

I like that the pumpkin seeds are unsalted. I have used them in granola, salads and as a topping for homemade creamy pumpkin soup.

We have used pepitas in all sorts of things since we lived in the southwest. These are dependable and delicious. I got a whole case of four. I am always running out.

I used to go to Morrows Nut house in the REALLY old days with my Dad. He and I would also get chili pepitas. I purchase Bobs Redmill pepitas to home make a version of chili pepitas. Yum. Toss with some oil of your choice, salt and ground chili of your choice (or any seasoning of your choice). Roast in the oven on about 350 degrees for about 45 minutes - stirring every 10 or 15 minutes. Yummy.

Arrived quickly and in good shape. Very fresh! Already used them in a loaf of homemade bread!

Delicious sauteed in butter with a little sea salt.

Very good quality pumpkin seeds, with rarely any broken pieces. I put them on a plate as a thin layer, microwave for 1 minute, cool it down a bit, and for another 1 minute until the pumpkin seeds are " pumped " and crispy with a roasted taste. I sparkled them on salad, or put on top of yogurt, or with my hot oat bran cereal. Very good and simple food ingredient. I like these pumpkin seeds a lot.

Love them, they taste great! Best snack for me, and good natural iron supplement.

I bought these to top my pumpkin muffins but I found them so delicious I’ve been eating them right out of the bag! No shell..just a softly chewy seed.
