Ok but lead gets stuck
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is cute and my kids were excited by it at first, but lead keeps getting stuck in it and it is tricky to remove it. When the kids try they make a big mess. I’m not sure how to fix the issue but when it does work we enjoy it.

Fun, Funky, Sharpener
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fun little sharpener. My kids love the fact that it lights up. In fact they both wanted it for themselves. The only issue I have with this sharpener is sometimes it gets bogged down if you press to hard. Not an issue for me, but as a parent to younger kids, it is sometimes hard to keep them from pressing the pencil in full force. Again, not really a design flaw (more of a kid flaw).

Fun sharpener!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cute ‘apple-sized’ pencil sharpener has become a fun addition to the kids art area. Light, compact and easy to operate, even with battery power only this little guy sharpens pencils well with a fun glow. I found it worked best while holding on flat hard surface and pushing down for an even point - we’ve used on #2’s and colored pencils with great success. I think the kids are coloring more just to be able to sharpen again!

Coolest Pencil Sharpener Ever!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not a fan of battery powered pencil sharpeners, but this one is the coolest sharpener I have ever owned! Actually, for a battery powered sharpener, it is very powerful. I’ve sharpened about a dozen pencils and it sharpened them quickly and evenly, with a nice point. The changing light is so much fun!! It’s my favorite battery powered sharpener!

It is sharpens fairly well but sometimes the pencil sticks when sharpening. The glow is a fun addition to the sharpener. Also, it runs on AA batteries but it takes 4 which I feel is too many. Overall I like the look and style and it does sharpen well.

Great Little Sharpener!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LOVE this sharpener! It is bigger than it looks. The size of a big apple. It works beautifully and wonderfully! It is compact, extremely easy to use, and low and behold it DOES the only job it was made to do. It sharpens all pencils easily. It takes 2 seconds to re-sharpen a pencil. It takes 4 AA batteries that are easy to install. Nice even sharpening on all sides with equal lead exposure. No more turning the pencil to find a "good side" of the pencil.

It really is a neat design with the lights and adds a fun touch to a mundane task! Really recommend this! It also does a great job sharpening and doesn't take up too much space.
