where can i get a replacement telescopeing handel for this cooler

A little more expensive but having wheels in nice.

I have had this cooler for 10 years. It has traveled with me over 1000 miles, has been with me to many parties and events, has been on the beach and in the mountains. I have replaced a few parts that igloo has provided some at cost and some under warranty. This is a tank!! I have used many other cooler brands, but igloo has outperformed them all!

The latches are terrible and don'tstay closed. For a name brand company this is terrible. The cooler will be returned

This cooler leaks water and I can’t even find the leak. I’ve tightened the valve to the point of nearly not being able to open it too.

Why did you not put the drain plug on the other end? It would be so much easier to open it and let it drain well while pulling it.

I purchased this cooler yesterday and after careful consideration and reviewing the ratings, I am unfortunately returning it tomorrow. One of the latches seemed ultra cheap and flimsy and twisted and doesn't latch completely. At the time of purchase I didn't notice the inner liner. Upon further inspection at home I noticed the jagged cuts on the edge and it didn't line up with the main housing of the cooler. It is honestly a disappointment that this top brand item from a (usually) reputable company would pass inspection and make its way to the consumer.

The cooler is good for a few months, then the problems start. First, the lid to my cooler warped so it won't latch above the tires. The warped lid creates a small air gap, so it doesn't hold ice as long. Second, one of the retention clips for "axle" through the wheels came off and now one tire falls off regularly and has to be put back on. The latch on the non-warped side just broke because all of the pressure holding the lid down was on it, since the warped side wouldn't latch. The cooler says it is made in the USA, but the quality is terrible. I would not recommend buying this cooler.

I really like this cooler but one of my wheels was broken during a flight and I cannot find any replacements anywhere. It's very frustrating.

I won this cooler and just unboxed. Sad that 4 of the screws on back hinges and front latches were strpped out from factory. Also, the latches are pathetic. This plastic will easily break after minimal use. I have multiple igloo coolers and was excited that I won it. BUT, now I'm disappointed. Thank God I didn't buy it. So IGLOO, why such cheap latches and apparently quality control didn't check th screws like I do on any product I buy????

Exchanged this twice in one week due to poor latches. About to take the 3rd one back. Highly disappointed.

My son has two of these coolers and they were great during our camp out this past summer. So I was really blown away that our kids got this for us as a gift for our new camper. Have only used it once and one of the latches barely stays locked. I went ahead and ordered 2 new latches. I do expect more from Igloo. Other then the latch going bad I really love the cooler. Strange that hinges are metal but the latches are flimsy plastic. Even though it still held the ice and drinks for the 3 days we were out with out a problem, just shame that the latches are not the best.

I have had this for 6 years. I have used it 6 times. The handle broke off. I do not recommend this.

The cooler size was great, everything we needed fit perfectly. After filling up with ice, we discovered the plug was leaking. We tried to fix and tighten but it continued to leak water. We were not able to use for our event, had to run out and buy another cooler.

The snapping closure handles are a joke and would not stay closed/snapped. I'm disappointed that Igloo put them on a great cooler. It's the reason why the ice doesn't hold.

I have had this cooler for a while and love it. however the wheels have gone bad and i cannot find replacement parts. Please help.

The latches feel very cheap and like we’ll break soon. The white surface already looks really dirty after just a week of being in my back yard. Though it does keep things pretty darn cold for a long period of time. Wouldn’t buy this again
