This is a easy to use "steam" mop, and I bought it on sale. We have tile floors, and they are not easy to keep clean with a dog. Overall, I am pleased with the spin mop. It was a little bit of a challenge to assemble it due mainly to the instructions being very short. It came with a total of 4 mop heads, which is good. I would suggest that your floors be wet mopped and allowed to dry immediately before using this mop because the pads become very dirty quickly is the floor is not pre-mopped. As I said, overall I am quite pleased with the tool, and will know more based on its longevity.

I have been wanting one of these for awhile....and I am very pleased with this steamer's performance! It is easy to assemble out of the box and it does a great job cleaning the floors. It is light weight and nimble and the fact that the water heats up to 212 degrees I know it is cleaning the dirt and germs away. I also have the Green Machine that I use often for spot cleaning carpeting. I have brand confidence in the Bissel products.

Our home was built in 1926 and the bathroom tiles in the bathroom as never looked this nice, so glad I bought this and recommend it to anyone.

I've only used it twice so far. Cleans my tile floors well and the best part it dries very quickly. It's easy to use as it glides easily on the floor. I also have a Bissel Power Fresh, but it takes a lot more effort to steam mop and leaves the floors very wet. So far, so good!

I used this machine one time, and now I'm getting an error message saying I need to fill up the water tank (despite having a full water tank). I went to the website for help, and it looks like my only option is to buy a new part. Very disappointed. Unfortunately, we missed the return window.
