It burns
Thought it would burn down my apartment. The outlet is not safe, it’s like it missed several checks before production. Gets so hot and stopped working because it short circuited and nearly blew a fuse. Great product if you’re trying to burn your house down.

Doesn’t Work
I was so excited to start doing my nails at home only to be disappointed when the lamp would not cure the polish at all. I did thin even coats, I went as far as running the lamp multiple times per layer (which I only did two!), and I still had the most wet/sticky nails I could have ever imagined. I feel like I wasted both my time and money on this product, which is a shame because I do love some of their other products!

Cheap! Broke in a month
You get what you pay for. Broke 1 month after Christmas. The part the cord plugs into broke and it fell into the lamp so you can’t even try to fix it. Cheap! Do not recommend.

this product was fine-ish at first; it mostly did its job but would take 2-3 sessions each before the gel was properly set. after about 3 weeks the lights started flickering and sometimes wouldn’t turn on. i replaced the cord it came with and it helped a bit but the thing still gets very overheated and the lights don’t work very well. i wouldn’t recommend this product

Bad quality

Love all my products except for this one
This was my first time using glaze and the top coat. Everything was going well until the lamp started to not turn on during its first use. I thought maybe it was getting too hot so I gave it a break. The power button got pushed in and wouldn’t work eventually. I could pull it out and keep going for a little bit, but it just stopped. I was unable to get my second hand cured all the way. I am thankful the lamp was cheap, but disappointed it didn’t work for long.

No metal connectors should be visible, and the cord should be flush against the lamp. Try plugging the lamp into a different outlet and press the button firmly on the back. It should turn on.
