it was too long on one side and too short the other way and i tried to flip it around and it still didn't fit

Alaina, This sounds like you may have received an incorrect sized product (king) vs. California king that you ordered which would drive the length being shorter and too long on the width as cal king standard is 72 x 84" and king is 76 x 80". With that said, it is standard practice for toppers to be slightly shorter than the full dimension of the mattress so the sheets and bedding have room to go over and still fit the bed, but we would encourage you to reach out to consumercare@sinomax-usa.com or via phone toll free at 1-877-726-3888 to initiate a warranty claim process.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Vibe 4" Wave Convoluted Gel Memory Foam Mattress Topper is very comfortable. I love that it has reversible sides. My spouse and I have been sleeping on the side with the uniform relieving support for the past 3+ weeks. We are both in agreement that it has been very comfortable. I am looking forward to flipping it over to the textured wave pattern, and trying the massaging comfort side. The only issue that I have had, is that this topper shifts around slightly. However, that could be a combination between this topper & my current mattress. You certainly want to consider the height of your mattress when choosing the appropriate thickness. I have a 16" mattress, and adding a 4" topper limits the sheets & bead sets that I am able to purchase due to that depth. I highly recommend this mattres topper. It is very comfortable & the memory foam stays firm, and holds nicely. Incentivized

It comes super packed so it takes time to come to full height and width. I’m very impressed with this product and would highly recommend to anyone looking to add to their bedding. It also comes back so you don't feel stagnant as you move around in bed. It is just the right size and there is almost no chemical smell right out of the box/wrapper. No more back pain or hot beds. Highly recommended.

This 4” topper is thick enough you can sink into it and keep support from head to toe whether you’re on your back, side, or stomach! It also stays cool throughout the night so no issues there. So happy with this overall!

Good comfort, needs better QA
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the 4” convoluted gel topper in exchange for my honest review. Upon opening it was very compacted, and definitely needed a few hours to fill back out. It also had a very intense smell, which has been dissipating over the course of a few days. I would recommend letting this sit and air out for a few days before use. The topper I received was not cut evenly, and some parts are also thicker than others. I received the product for free so not a big deal, but had I paid for it I would have returned it. Definitely some better quality checks needed at this company. That said, I have tried the topper on both the wave side and the slab side. The slab side feels too soft with not enough support for me, but the wave side feels just right. I typically have a lot of pain in my hips, and this has helped a lot with that. Overall it is a great product made with quality materials, the company just needs to work on quality control.

I like that it’s reversible so you can choose the wavy side or the flat side. This is not your typical firm memory foam. It’s very soft right from the get go. Has an almost already broke in feeling.
