The prebiotic source in our oatmeals is inulin, a type of soluble fiber that is naturally found in many plants, including chicory root. As a prebiotic it serves as food for the beneficial bacteria in the gut, promoting a healthy digestive system and supports your baby’s immune system. This may help your little one with constipation.
