HORRIBLE BREAKS SO EASILY
We bought this for my daughter for Christmas, and she spent about 17 hours trying to put it together before it ended in a full-on meltdown of frustration. I assumed she was just overwhelmed, so I decided to give it a try myself. Turns out… she was absolutely justified. The build itself wasn’t even that hard, but the moment I gently lifted the main tower after finishing, it literally started falling apart. Total shambles. At that point, I completely understood her frustration — because same. Not worth the money, the experience, or the stress. If I could return it, I would.

Very Elabrate Set
My very first time trying Lego. The Emerald City was just so intriguing not to try. I really did not know what to expect, especially with 945 pieces for the first try. I was hoping it was grouped for building in stages, which it was. It came in 9 separate big envelopes, with mini envelopes inside for the micro pieces. I did open and build within the supplied box, which kept pieces from rolling off. All pieces were there, with several extra for each main envelopes (which was zipped bag when finish with the section). The main draw back was when , I first tried to move the completely structure and multiple floors crumbled apart. 🤢. So then, I had to go back to the drawing board and try to reassemble WITHOUT the benefit of book order, step by step. But thankfully managed. Was able to move later, very gingerly. Per the attached picture…. I was happy to see that it was not too small for the Mattel’s WICKED STUDENT SET and even the train and the ballon sets. But you can see and judge for your self. Lego vs the Wicked set (Wicked is about double the size). Needless to say, I too are now rather hooked ,on some of the more interesting LEGO structures for Wicked, Harry Potter and Wednesday Addams. Not sure how long term storage will be, but for now great for display. 🤣

Love this wicked set!
I bought this to assemble with my 8 year old granddaughter. She's a big fan of Wicked and loves the set, especially all the figures. She highly prefers this style of figure over the the older more blocky type, and I have to agree, they're more asthetically pleasing. A little over halfway through the build, she wanted me to finish building while she started playing! She loved making Elephaba fly, and even gave Glinda a turn. Her only complaint was she thought Glinda's hair should have been a more yellow blond. Great set! I hope to see more Wicked sets, especially for adults!

WICKED FUN, EH
This was a surprise gift and she was thrilled. She and I watched the movie as she built this and sang along with the movie. The set is quite a nod to the movie and has lots of fun details.

Great set and CUTE!
Love this set. It's very cute. Young builders will have no issue with this one. I was surprised that a smaller set like this, had several minifigs...very pleasantly surprised. Would recommend this. Other reviews complain about "bias" due to the minifigs not being regular minifigs and them being "girly"? Whatever. It matters not to me and this style minifig is actually more user friendly for the chairs, bicycle etc. Definitely not a deal breaker for me. It's still an amazing set. I have another Wicked set that I can't wait to start building. Great job Lego!

Upsetting
I was very excited for a Wicked set only to find out that it wasn’t the normal LEGO figures and the weirdly shaped ones. I don’t understand why there isn’t one out like almost every other LEGO set and they had to make a “girly version” This is definitely a bias on my end so I’ll look elsewhere where for a custom version
