Never Received

After researching this particular crochet kit, I was really excited to start learning to crochet after having interest in crochet for a few years. Unfortunatly, I never received the kit I ordered; instead, I received Navy Blue bedding. The only thing about this item that actually matches what I ordered is the brand name, Harbor and Hearth. I also had issues with this package even arriving to my house, it was sent to random cities it didn't need to travel to, sometimes more than once. When it finally arrived today, December 14th, it arrived nearly a week later than the original estimated delivery date. This wouldn't have been an issue on its own, but considering I also didn't receive what I ordered, it certainly doesn't improve things. This item is only able to be refunded, so I won't be getting this kit from Target. Hopefully, I will be able to get a refund when I am able to stop by a Target store to return it. My local Target doesn't carry this item in stores, so I will have to search elsewhere to actually start crocheting.
