It works well for my wavy hair that tangles easily. It does not catch in my hair or pull too hard. I would recommend getting it on sale instead of full price though, it is made 100% of just plastic, and it does feel a bit flimsy, so I do think it's overpriced. With that said, I have had mine for a while, and it isn't so flimsy that it's broken or anything, I just think it's overpriced for the material it is.

I want to start off by saying this brush does great at getting all the tangles out of my hair. My problem with this brush is how flimsy it is, I have gone through 3 of these brushes because they cracked while I was getting tangles out. I wish it was more durable because it works so well but the plastic is cheaply made and can break from even just sitting it on the counter to hard or dropping it.

I took my hair out of braids and started to detangle my hair. I wasn’t expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised. I just sprayed with water and was able to slide the brush through on the second or third try! As a natural sister, de tangling can take forever, this brush cuts down wash day! RUN AND GET THIS BRUSH!!!

i have such a hard time taking care of my niece’s hair and it dreads if you even look at it wrong lol. THIS BRUSH IS AMAZING I was able to fully brush her hair for the first time EVER (shes 5!) from root to ends and got all the knots out with no tears or fighting. hair day is usually our worst day and now it’s just another day. it worked even the next day on mostly dry hair THANK YOU UNBRUSH

It detangles faster than any other brush I've tried and I've tried quite a few. I really really loved this brush at first, but after not even 6 months it snapped in half right at the neck of the handle. I gave it 3 stars instead of 1 because it detangles so well and I will be purchasing again in the hopes that I got a bad one.
