  • A: you should not really use it before makeup as like a primer. include it in your skincare. i don’t think this should be used as a primer for before makeup because you will need a moisturizer.

  • A: Cleanse, use toner, and then use essence. Serums to follow, moisturizer, SPF, primer, then makeup. Use AM & PM after cleansing and toner. This is a typical K Beauty step.

Q: The top doesn't have a pump or dropper. It's just flat plastic on top under the cap and looks a bit perforated. How do I get the snail mucin out?

  • A: Same problem for me getting the power essence out. Yes, a top stopper removes BUT the plastic bottle is not flexible. The bottle CANNOT BE SQUEEZED. I see larger containers have a pump. I’m resorting to sticking a toothpick down the opening in the top of the bottle.

    Helped so much with hydration

    Im an esthetician and I really enjoy this product! Especially if your skin feels dry or dehydrated, you will notice a difference in the suppleness. Its plumping and extremely hydrating without being greasy. I wear it under my serum and my skin looks like glass. Highly recommend!

Lightened my under eyes and my skin is moisturized and soft for multiple days. It’s light enough that I don’t feel sticky for hours after application but thick enough where I can feel my skin being hydrated super well. I love the way it feels, it's kind of slimy so be prepared, but it makes my face feel very clean and hydrated. The only downside to this product that I noticed was that I had a break-out of acne after using it twice. I will continue to try it occasionally as its properties are unmatched.
