Quality material but structurally it’s a big fail. Arrived damaged, just like everyone else has said. The base screws on and when it gets loose and wobbly you can’t even screw it back in. Product is extremely defective. Could be a great product if it was constructed right. They shipped it in a huge box with nothing else in it, and I’m assuming it got thrown around to the point it arrived broken. Do better Target!

Awful. Bought 2 in a row. Both were wobbly and had to return.

Have checked out a lot of TP stands, this one is ideal pretty and practical. Highly recommend

Tray fell out after a few months.

Very pretty in person. But tag had a sticker over the original $29.99 price but scanned @ 34.99. That alone turned me off

The two stars are because it’s pretty. Functionality is not there. I moved it out of the way while cleaning the bathroom floor and the top just snapped off… It should definitely be held on by a screw. The stand that is connected to the base also wiggles loose and now is on an angle. The bottom of the base is covered, so it cannot be tightened. Will be returning and not purchasing again.

The design, the "color" of brass (neither too shiny nor too antique) and the style of this stand are amazing. However, the execution of its construction is horrible! I was so excited when I saw this on line that I purchased using the "pick up in store" option since my store only listed 2 remaining in stock. When I went to get it the tray was missing. I showed the associate the photo of what it was supposed to look like. I though it was odd that they would bring up a defective item. I went back to see if the other stand was still on the selling floor. It was. And that one also had the top tray snapped off the top. Although I love the holder even more after seeing it and feeling its substantial weight, I didn't bring it home. I was tempted to Gorilla Glue the tray back onto the stand. But I shouldn't have to monkey with a brand new purchase to make it fully functional. So, unless you are prepared to possibly make it into a DIY project, I wouldn't suggest purchasing this item.

Could be a lot nicer if it was packed with care but since it’s not it’s very wobbly. Do better with your packaging Target.

Item looks great but is very unstable when dispensing toilet paper. Because of the way the base is designed, the screws to tighten are not accessible. I tried turning to tighten the stand, but this caused the brass coat to start to come off at the base.

This item personally feels very sturdy to me. I have 3 different style toilet paper stands and this is the most sturdy and heavy of them all.

So far so good. Shopped fine to my house. I was worried after reading reviews but came wrapped up fine.

Beautiful BUT the plate on top broke off the first day I got it. Very disappointed

A different and lovely way to store sanitary paper

I have ordered 3 things this last month from target. All 3 things came broken because they put no packing in the box. They literally are just throwing things in a box and sending them off. It's absolutely disgusting. We have always trusted Target for quality customer service and nice items. No more.....I'll be ordering elsewhere

First one sent had no tray on top. Replacement came quickly, looked great. Two days later the tray broke off the top of that one. The design is just not at all sturdy. It's a shame, I like the design.

This toilet paper stand is very unique and cool the brass look is so new aged I can tell it will last me a very long time and it also gives the bathroom a more decative look that will have friwnds and family asking where to get one from

Very pretty. The brass color is really nice. Not too bright yet not too antiqued either. Seems sturdy so far. Adds a classy, timeless touch to the bathroom.
