Not surprisingly the color in natural light makes the colors appear different than the photo. Lighter & shiny instead of darker and matte. There are also strings sticking up in a few spots and an annoying red splotch showing - which I wouldn’t mind except it’s in the middle. I wish I would’ve chosen the darker blue version, maybe it would look richer in person. It’s a pretty and soft rug but I’m a bit disappointed. I put an all purpose mat underneath which makes it more plush under foot.
