    Probably my favorite canned soup

    This soup is so good! I *may* have passed it off as homemade more than once. It is creamy and has a ton of chicken. It isn't as chunky as the label makes it seem, but it is still awesome. We add a little shredded cheese, fresh avocado and tortilla strips. A lot of other brands turn very liquidy and thin as the soup cools, this one does not. It stays thick and rich, even if you reheat it. I have even made it into a dip for parties.

    Lunch solved

    Tastes and smells exactly like an enchilada. They did great on the taco seasoning, and the queso has perfect consistency. Dip a toasted sandwich in it, and you'll be in heaven! (After the sandwich, you'll have the perfect amount of liquid left for the hearty bits)

    This is the most disgusting soup I’ve ever tried. This should be removed from the shelves immediately and reformulated. This soup tasted so bad that I had to take the time and leave this review. It tasted like spoiled milk and water. Absolutely no flavor at all. And the chicken was mushy.

    Sadness on a spoon

    Calling this a cheese soup is like calling Yoo-hoo chocolate milk. Technically related, spiritually dishonest. The base tastes like processed orange cheese powder diluted with vaguely chicken-adjacent, milky broth. Not creamy in a comforting way—creamy in a “did I just rehydrate something that came out of a packet?” way. Ingredients-wise, expectations should be managed aggressively. I encountered: • A few limp celery chunks • One or two lonely green chili flecks (blink and you’ll miss them) • Approximately six minuscule pieces of dark meat chicken, scattered like an Easter egg hunt you already lost No enchilada vibes. No depth. No payoff. Just salt, artificial cheese flavor, and regret. If you’re craving comfort food, this will not comfort you. If you’re craving soup, this barely qualifies. If you’re craving cheese, this is an insult. Rating: Zero stars. I would rather eat sadness with a spoon.

    Where's the chicken and veggies ?

    first impression was spot on flavor , cone , picture on the can shows loaded with chicken and others stuff, but it was not , only a few pieces of chicken, pepper skins and a very thin creamy base, I added a ounce of cream cheese and a slice of Velveeta cheese because I did not have any shredded cheddar cheese, I will try it again as I think it would be good as a sauce or by adding some rice and cheddar if the next can is like this one '

    Immediately fell in love first bite.

    This is the most tasty canned soup ever. I always eat cheese enchiladas when out at a tex mex restaurant. When I took the first bite of this soup it was giving cheesy chicken enchiladas. Talk about love at first bite. Also, I thought there was a substantial amount of chicken thoughout the soup! Great with sour cream and some sliced avocado on top!!!

    Not all that great

    I really wanted to like this soup but honestly it was like eating a weak-tasting queso and aside from the liquid there wasn’t a whole lot of anything in it. A few tiny pieces of chicken and a couple of vegetables. It has potential if they’d fix the amount of contents in the soup.

    Finally got my hands on the soup

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I opened the can and did not look that appetizing. I poured it in the stove and began to heat it up and it began to smell pretty good. I ended up having the soup with saltine crackers. Overall, the taste is OK not the best very creamy and had decent amount pieces of chicken in it.

    Wish it had more chicken, but it’s pretty good!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product in exchange for my honest review, and this soup is good, but nothing that I would likely go out of the way to buy. It does taste just like an enchilada soup would, and does have a nice little mild kick to it, so those are the pluses. I do wish it had more tomato and chicken chunks in it, so I did end up adding broccoli for more texture. If I buy this again I’d add a can of my own chicken to it for a better texture profile, but other than that it’s pretty good!

It had a smooth consistency, but I was hoping for some more chunky texture. The flavor was ok. I am not sure if I would buy this in the future.

    Worth the money

    I loved it. The chicken had a great texture. Definitely made with chicken breast. The cheese sauce was delicious. I topped mine with shredded cheese.
