We ordered a new patio rug, having never dealt with this company before. The website is very easy to use. The rug colors are true to what we saw on the screen. The rug is a lot softer than what I expected and looks great on our patio. I will definitely order from them again in the future..

Was perfectly packaged and looked just like it did online. However, the rolled hem was separated from the rug itself on one end. (It came with little socks on each end to protect the edges but somewhere either in handling or shipping, it got torn). It’s something I’ll have to fix myself because it’s not worth the trouble of sending back.
