Skip the trays, just buy the pellets

The trays are super thin and cheap. What I really hated though was that the plastic sheet covering the tray is barely attached and so flimsy that as I lifted each tray out of the two boxes I bought, the pellets fell out of the tray before I even unpacked it. The quality control is nonexistent so I’m worried about how it may also indicate a possibility of the pellets not being great either. At this point, I’m a new customer so I don’t know yet if they’ll work but my first impression is making me skeptical. In any case, if you want to try out Ratx, skip the trays (use your own) and just buy the pellets.

Used to eliminate a rat problem. I put out in my crawl space. The rat had found them and had started eating. In about a week I found a dead rat outside on the road.

Def a product that you need to control food sources with. website claims this is an important feature of product. we closed up our feed and did our best but it is impossible to completely control. a lot of extra work but I think it is worth it for the safety of product

This stuff is great, I've had the most difficult time trying to get rid of rats in my garage. Put out a few of these trays and within a week it seemed to work as I saw a really wobbly rat stumble by!

I appear to be having

I appear to be having good luck with this bait. I have rats nesting under the foundation of my detached garage so I placed these trays inside the garage and they got gobbled up immediately. I also haven't seen a sign of a rat since putting the bait out a week ago. Fingers crossed it killed off the entire nest but I'm going to keep replacing it until I see no signs of it being eaten any longer.
