Below are some helpful troubleshooting steps to get your Nebulizer back on track. Issue: Nebulizer light is on, but there’s little or no mist. Step 1: Dry the Mesh Plate 1. Remove the mask or diffuser. 2. Use a lint-free cloth or paper towel to dry the mesh plate inside the mask attachment area gently. 3. Ensure there is no remaining liquid, then turn on the nebulizer. Step 2: Cleaning Cycle (if still no mist) 1. Empty the medicine container. 2. Fill it with 5-10 ml of hot water (85°C / 185°F). 3. Run the nebulizer for 2-3 minutes to clear residue. 4. Allow the components to air dry completely. If the problem persists, repeat Step 1.
