There is an ungodly amount of fiber in this snack. If you're looking for a healthy snack that you can enjoy with your kids, get something else. An apple? Ya know what, go get anything else. I bought these with my boys for an after dinner snack while shopping. After eating the whole (arguably small) bag, I noticed there are 26 GRAMS OF FIBER IN ONE GD BAG. I am not a small man. But believe me when I say that I've been in literal physical pain for hours. This is a torturous amount of fiber. The charmin bears have nothing on me. Good luck and Godspeed to anyone who dares take on the wrath of the sourmelon gummies.
