What It Is: Gentle enough for sensitive skin and first-time retinol users, this serum delivers the tone and texture-reforming benefits of retinol without the "uglies": redness, dryness, or peeling.

What It Solves: This serum uses a gentler form of retinol, so you won't overdo it—even on sensitive skin. Our gel-cream formula contains encapsulated retinol, which penetrates the top layers of the skin's surface to avoid irritation. Natural retinol alternatives arophira and bakuchiol also add to this gentle yet effective nightly treatment.

How to use: Smooth 2 pumps into clean, damp skin. Let it sink in for one minute before your next skincare step. Apply on face and neck (avoiding eye area) every PM after cleansing. Use alone or between lighter serums and moisturizer.

Good to know: Retinol is one of the most dermatologist-recommended ingredients. In encapsulated form, it doesn’t sit on the skin’s surface, avoiding the irritation other forms of retinol are known for.

    It works!!!

    I have been using Versed Gentle Retinol for 2 years after failing to use regular Retinol. If I skip one night, I notice. As a 53 yr old it has kept my skin looking young. It helps overnight with any zits that pop up, and has faded noticable dark spots that I never thought would disappear. I always have compliments on my skin. I noticed Target is not carrying all of the Versed products and some Ultas have stopped carrying them. Not sure why, but they better not get rid of this!! I also use their Advanced Retinol Eye Balm but Target stopped carrying that 😑

    nice and easy

    this works well for me. i am new to really paying attention to my skincare so this was a nice easy start. i don't have problem with my skin outside of nautral signs of aging and i don't wear makeup. i only use 1x a week, at night, and my face is visible supple and clear next morning. great buy.

    The best retinol I've ever used

    This is the best retinol I've ever used! I have sensitive skin so I was worried I wouldn't' be able to use this without irritation. I was wrong! I use it 4xweek and wake up in the morning with glowing skin. It's amazing!

    Love This Stuff!

    Like I said, I love this stuff! I have sensitive skin and Press Restart has never given me a problem. Some retinol products can be irritating, but Press Restart hasn't even caused any adverse reactions. It great stuff!

    this is the best ret on the market. i used 3 other brand that irritated/severely dried my eczema skin. this is the only one i can put on nightly and be fine , and look great after ! 21yo male as well , i recommend this for fellow guys.

    I tried the gentle retinol serum for the first time last night. I woke up today feeling a tightness in my face. I couldn't imagine what it was, then I remembered. It was the retinol serum. I used 2 pumps. I cannot believe that after one use I felt this much of a difference in my face. I absolutely love this product and will definitely continue using it!!!!
