DIY 3D Miniature Flower Shop Craft Kit - Mondo Llama™

Missing about half of the pieces needed to create the flowers. The ones that I was given supplies for were too top heavy to stand upright or the bottom of the pots were uneven. Really disappointing set.

It's cute. The glue is useless. The wooden cutouts are mislabeled. The instructions are mislabeled. I gave up on making the flowers due to how frustrating the instructions were. Pictures in instructions skip a lot of steps.

Super fun craft! Be warned, this craft takes time… think a few hours per day. And maybe a few days. Other than the time it takes, it’s really rewarding to complete. The instructions could be clearer, but you can totally make this your own.

The instructions were not great but it turned out so cute! I recommend and wish they had more of these types of crafts.

Glue was horrible, and everything was so cheaply made. Would not recommend.

this is a cheap knock off of Rolife Emily's Flower Shop. The materials are subpart and disintegrate in the subpar slow drying cheap glue. Just no NO...go with the better quality Rolife brand

The comments here are not reflective of the actual quality of the craft. If you’ve never made a miniature before - they are tedious , and painstaking to get “perfect”. I started making miniatures with those Mini Brands balls but it was never enough - I wanted more! This craft took me a couple days to build, and I loved it so much. The box should be a little clearer about expectations - this is a craft intended for adults. I agree the backgrounds could have been stickers, and it would have been nice if the instruction booklet was in order of what to do first - but otherwise this is a very high quality miniature. The glue is strong, not “too liquidy”, as a thicker glue would be difficult to spread properly behind the backgrounds. The glue is also pretty forgiving on dry time! Instead of instant it takes about 20 seconds to dry fully. Similar craft sets go for $50 at stores like Michael’s and hobby lobby - so this is a great way to get a chance to do a beautiful miniature!!! I chose to paint some of the wooden pieces for some extra pizzazz. 100% my favorite Mondo Llama craft I’ve ever done (and I love the M.L. Sets!) and I hope to find the Halloween one soon!

"Mini flowers and accessories included" yes, but you actually have to hand make every single flower out of stems and various materials for the petals. Absolutely ridiculous. You also have to build the whole thing, cut and glue the brick, and every other detail on to the wood. Why not stickers???? Idk absolutely insane for something I thought would be a fast & fun craft.

I am OBSESSED. Some of the comments talk about the glue being watery, you just have to let it set and once it dries it is incredibly strong! Some of the flowers are tedious to make, but there are so many options that I chose not to make them all. It takes time, but isn’t that the point? I added fairy lights to mine and it made a hugggeeee difference. It’s so whimsical now and I love looking at it and thinking “I made that!” The quality is definitely not as good as the more expensive sets out there, but for this price point it is amazing. And once it is done, you can’t even tell. Please make more sets!

This is good to build if you want to pass time. Definitely not recommended for young kids though. It is quite the hassle and requires precision to execute the intended look.

I really loved making this! I did buy it for my 13 year old and it was a bit more complicated than she was up for. I ended up doing it and had a blast! It took several hours and I needed my own scissors. I also found that it was helpful to color in the edges of the thicker paper that was used, like on the big, leafy plants and the edges of the shop. It gave it a more finished look. I did attach the red and white canopy incorrectly, but I’m ignoring it!

Why aren't things cut out? Every decent craft kit cuts pieces into perforated sections or stickers so that you don't have awkward white edges. No, you have to painstakingly cut out individual leaves (not relaxing, just annoying) and the "frame" is a bent up piece of shiny paper. Looks cheap and feels like a scam. Sticking to RoLife from now on. This is awful

I would prefer the item clearly list adult as the age. I purchased for myself, but I can see why you might buy for an adolescent or tween. Second, the extra tools needed should also be listed on the exterior of the box, I think most people assume everything needed for the project is included. If you wanted to take this home and start, you would possibly be unable to. What I do like is the actual project, very cute, but the picture directions should be clearer. I look forward to the ‘work’ and I plan on customizing other aspects like painting furniture and the front facade. Overall a really sweet diorama that will bring joy during and after.

Missing pieces. A good challenge for my 8 year old, but not as great when she can't find the parts she needs!

Honestly I wouldn’t buy this again. The idea is super cute but it’s pretty difficult to put together and very tedious. You need a bunch of tools that aren’t listed on the outside of the box, there’s no written instructions (just pictures), and unless you cut the paper parts out perfectly, it doesn’t really look good. Most of the flower designs are pretty hard to make given the supplies you have. I thought putting the wood parts together was pretty fun and honestly, would’ve probably been cool if everything was the pop out wood pieces. If you’re a perfectionist or easily frustrated, I wouldn’t get this lol. Also definitely for like at least a teenager

I bought something that said it was only at Target and it needed additional tools that were not included and it made it look like the flowers were already made and the second flower was too difficult to make. I don’t think that they were thinking that a kid would be making this and i think is too hard even for adults !😡I think that they can do better! I love Target and I think if they made it easier , I would love it. But now i think mama should get her money back!💳 Your friend , (I can’t say my real name on the internet)

A super fun craft, but I did not receive all of the instructions, so I am missing the cute wallpaper to glue on the walls. Very disappointing

The glue is watery, and doesn't adhere to anything, and some of the little flower parts fell apart before opening the box. The paper that is supposed to cover the walls is bent in packaging, and doesn't lay flat. I wouldn't buy this again.
