Allergic to material
Started breaking out after using this product, rashes concentrated mainly where it’s in contact with skin however has spread as well. Have used Always Discreet Adult Underwear previously with no issues. Will not be using this product again.

HORRIBLE quality
I got these for use postpartum. The quality control on these is ATROCIOUS. I’m actually shocked. Right out of the bag, the sides of each underwear do not match. I tried to upload photos to show this. Additionally, some of the sides are already ripped right out of the bag. If they aren’t already ripped when taking them out of the bag, they rip when you put them on. Mind you, I sized up. I’m ~225lbs at 9months pregnant, so should fit either L or XL. I got XL. So this isn’t an issue of me being too big for them. The bag says these are slip on, slip off, not rip off, so the sides should not be ripping at all. Are they comfortable? Sure. But I don’t trust them to stay on since they rip so much, and they don’t fit right when they are ripped. They turn into a thong. I do not recommend these. Depend Silhouette seems much better made, or Rael. Try those.

Worked well for postpartum
Used these for my immediate postpartum days. Didn’t find them to be too bulky, they fit nicely and weren’t too tight- I got an XL and was around 250lbs pregnant at 5’5 and somewhere around 220 right after birth. I preferred these over the Frida mom underwear/hospital underwear and wearing pads.

I don't know. They were a little big on me even though I was in the right size & as far as comfort, I'm sure the not great fit, caused discomfort & leakage. I do love the always brand! Just not super impressed with these.
