Horrible packaging. Taste great if you get a good batch!

First time ever trying pickled red onions. They were surprisingly awesome, at least the first time was. I’ve purchased a few times now and each time since then they have been kinda soggy and way too sugary. The packaging is absolutely ridiculous. It does not close tightly and the liquid leaks all over even when just slightly tilted because there is a missing plastic piece where you snap off the seal to open. So any leakage is not contained in the rim. Great tasting if you get a good batch. Maybe I got lucky the first time. I guess you could transfer the product to a better container, but we shouldn’t have to. Because of the horrible packaging and the quality control I’ll be giving another brand a try.
